Huge and bright room with iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk for a very comfortable stay. Exceptionally comfortable bed, efficient check-in. Great restaurant and excellent service. Not to mention good wifi!

we had a lovely experience at 4 canon lane. the location is fantastic, right next to the cathedral and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. our room was spacious and clean, with great views over the beautiful gardens. we appreciated the attention to detail, like the thoughtful amenities including tea and coffee. it felt like a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The spacious room featured a Tasimo coffee machine. A large bathtub offered a nice touch for relaxation after a long day of exploring.
Navigating to the hotel could be a challenge without proper directions. I found myself driving in circles due to one-way systems. The parking arrangement felt a bit cramped, especially with poorly parked cars blocking spaces. The toiletries in the bathroom seemed watered down, lacking the quality you'd hope for in a nice place. Lastly, consider noise levels if you're on the ground floor, as conversations from outside can carry into your room.

Perfect location and charming atmosphere
Staying here was a good experience! The combination of historical charm and modern amenities, with a spacious double room that had everything we needed. Location was perfect, right next to the cathedral, and super quiet. The room was comfy and spacious with a lovely shower. Check-in was easy, and the whole place is just so pretty. Also loved that there was free parking!
only downside was that we requested twin beds but got a double instead, and some wires in the room needed fixing.
